With its architectural lines and sculptural folds, the Plec Collection by RS Barcelona has always brought a quiet strength and sense of balance to interiors. Now, the collection expands – fold by fold – with two new additions: the Plec Shelving System and the Plec Dining Table. Each piece stays true to the original’s symmetrical design expression while offering even more ways to infuse everyday life with design-driven beauty.

Originally designed by Antoni Pallejà Office (APO) in 2017, the collection began with the Plec Table. The distinctive accordion-style legs create a striking interplay of light and shadow, establishing the collection’s signature sculptural aesthetic. Since then, Plec has grown to include a steel desk, pedestal, and coffee tables, each piece echoing the collection’s commitment to symmetry and structure.

Now, the new Plec Shelving System introduces modularity to the mix. Available in three vertical heights and four lengths (XS, S, M, L), the system easily adapts to different spatial needs. Its structure and folded elements are made from high-quality steel with a cataphoretic coating for added durability, while aluminum shelves finished with a micro-textured, powder coated polyester paint, provide a lightweight yet resilient surface.

Brining sculptural elegance to the dining experience, the Plec Dining Table continues the visual rhythm established by its predecessors. The aluminum tabletop connects the two folded steel bases, creating a balanced design that feels grounded. Ideal for both indoor and light outdoor use, it invites long conversations and lingering meals, fostering the art of gathering and slowing down.

With a palette of 21 colors, from timeless black and white to earthy greens, vibrant yellows, and deep blues, Plec invites personalization while seamlessly fitting into any environment with its timeless design. Indoors or out, in shared spaces or solitary corners, the collection continues to blur the line between furniture and sculpture.
